CHAPTER 1 - PRE-REGISTRATION AND POST-REGISTRATION
- May we remind you all that the administrators have the rights to alter or change any information in your account when it contains inappropriate contents without due notice.
- Your display name is also your log in. Therefore, your display name shall not contain any offensive or vulgar contents. Changing your display name also changes your log in.
- Remember that your account is your responsibility.
- Newbies are required to make their first post in the [FTS] Firing Twenty Sacks of Confetti section so that (1) everyone will be able to welcome and know them, and (2) newbies will be able to take full advantage of the full features of FTS forums.
- Newbies are encouraged to share their works.
- Every offense has its corresponding sanction.

Conduct
CHAPTER 2 - CONDUCT
- Everyone is expected to shwo respect to everyone.
- Everyone shall respect the administrators and moderators. Grave misconducts will cause the said member to be on jail.

Posting Policies
CHAPTER 3 - POSTING POLICIES
- A member must post a comprehensible post.
- Everyone is encouraged to have at least 2 lines when posting.
- Spamming, cross spamming, and the like is discouraged.
- Inappropriate contents on posts are discouraged. Any member caught doing this act will be behind bars.
- Ranting and Flamebaiting are extremely discouraged. When arguments arise, settle it through PM.
Poems, Songs, Stories, and Graphics
CHAPTER 4 - Poems, Songs, Stories, and Graphics
- Everyone is free to share their personal works. Their works must be posted on the appropriate section. Inappropriate contents again are discouraged.
- When presenting someone's work from other authors, the member must put the name of the original author and its source. Failure to do this is considered plagiarism.
- Everyone is free to make comments on the works. The author shall provide a comment thread on the Audience Hall. Comment threads will be pinned by the moderators to separate it from the offtopic threads.
- Members that will comment on one's work shall post his/her comments on the comment thread provided by the authors in the Audience Hall. Warning bar will be reduced when the member failed to obey this.

Reports
CHAPTER 5 - Reports
- May we remind everyone that the report feature shall not be used as a means of socializing with moderators. They serve as a help for the moderators to track disobedient members.
- A member can also make a report on the Asylum. The member shall provide the necessary requirements: (1) Name of the suspected member, (2) Offense, and (3) Evidences (links or screenshots).
- Reports are to be compiled by the Police Officer.
- Approved reports are given to the Jail Warden. It's up to him/her on what sanctions he/she will give based on the protocol.
In The Jail
CHAPTER 6 - In The Jail
- Forum rules are still effective in jail.
- All inmates are still expected to behave well. Paroles may be granted to well-behave inmates, and prolonged stay will be awarded to the disrespectful inmates.
Events
CHAPTER 7 - Events
- Events are held in the Events category. Members throwing events shall post their events on the Pool Party.
- The Event Master shall post clear and comprehensible mechanics. He/She may be assisted by the moderators.
- The prizes may take in any form. It can also be sponsored by a certain moderator.
- The Event Master shall be active when hosting events.
- Events that are finished are locked and stored. Same goes to the cancelled events.
